The request form on this site is currently a preview. It checks your entries in your browser and does not send them to us or store them anywhere. We receive personal information only when you contact us directly, for example by email or phone. That can include your name, company, email address and phone number, the quantity and type of pallets you ask about, pickup and delivery locations, timing, and a description of the freight.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your question, discuss pallets or freight transportation and, if you decide to go ahead, arrange the order or the shipment. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where this is needed to respond to your request, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence about a request for as long as it is needed to handle the request and any order or shipment that follows, and for any period required by law. After that it is deleted.
